To get started, we need to ask you a few questions to make sure you meet the basic requirements of becoming a patient of AUSCFM and collect your contact details. After that, a patient care coordinator will contact you to take the next step in the process.
AUSCFM requires its practitioners to see all new patients in person or via zoom/video calls.
The Initial appointment can be via phone although the Case Review appointment needs to be in person or via zoom/video calls.
At this time, AUSCFM accepts patients who are at least 2 years old and live in Australia.

Within 3 working days of submitting your application, you will receive an email which explains the process of working with AUSCFM in more detail. This email will also include a link for you to use to register in our patient portal.
Once you’ve registered, you will receive a secure message through the portal and a patient coordinator will call you to schedule your Initial Consult. Please be patient as it may take up to 3 working days for you to receive this message and call, thanks.
