To get started, we need to make sure you meet the basic requirements of becoming a patient of AUSCFM and collect your contact details. After that, a patient care coordinator will contact you to take the next step in the process.
AUSCFM requires you to be a resident of Australia.
AUSCFM requires you to travel to our office in South Perth, W.A. or attend a Telehealth call for the Case Review appointment and again for a yearly follow up appointment.

Once you’ve registered, you will receive a secure message through the Patient Portal which will allow you to schedule your Initial Consult. You will receive this message within 1 business day.
